Here, click on the drop down menu and chose a program, fill in the following according and save
Maximum Credit : Total of First Semester + Second Semester Credit Vales at all levels that from first to last year
Ca Total : The total Ca marks for that Program ( Assignments + Attendance + Written Part ) e.g Written=25, assignment=10, Attendance=5
Exams Total : The Total Marks for Exams . Note that Ca + Exams = 100
Resit Cost : For Institutions who charge student for resit courses say one course is 1,000 Frs but if resit is free then use 0 . This will be used when students are registering resit courses online
N.B: Resit cost is written in full without commas e.g 2000 and not 2,000
