Scenario 1 : When you forget your password
To set your password , on the login screen
- Click on Forgot password
- Input the email you used to login or create your account
- Tick the am a student box if you are a student or leave it empty if you are not a student
- The system will send you a link to your email to click to reset your password
- In your email , Click on the reset link button
- Chose a type ( student, Parent , Admin or teacher ) input your new password , confirm it and click reset password . Congratulation your password is now changed
Scenario 2 : When you have logged in and wish to change your password (You must know your current password to use this method)
To reset your password here :
- Click on Password reset on the sidebar
- Input the current password
- Input the new password , confirm what you inputted in the repeat password field and save
- Congratulations your password has been changed
Scenario 3 : When you cannot login with your current password and You have forgotten your emailed used to create the account
In cases where you have forgotten but your portal password and your personal email password, contact the software admin in your Institution they will be able to reset your password back to 1234567 . This will apply both to students , teachers and administrators
