As the Director of a school, our system can give you real time information of all the courses whose Ca Marks have been Uploaded already for a particular semester and academic year for better follow up. A course whose Ca has been uploaded will have a tick (✅) while a course whose Ca / Exams Has not been uploaded will have a cross (❌). With these reports , you can work with the HODs to take informed decisions like following up lecturers for courses whose marks have not been uploaded. To do this :
- Click on Director of school at the sidebar
- Click Schools
- Click on the Programs you wish to view the Ca upload rates under
- Click on the Classes button across the program concern and list of all levels of that program will be presented to you
- Click on Ca/ Exam Upload Reports to view the courses whose Ca / Exams Have been uploaded with a tick (✅) for courses whose Ca / Exams uploaded and a cross (❌) for courses whose Ca/Exams have not been uploaded
N.B: In the next page , you can chose semester , Academic year or Class (Program Level ) to see all uploads reports
