It permits upload of CA marks under HOD center for a given course under a program. Do the following:
1)HOD center>>>2)Programs>>>3)program under a department (Nursing)>>>4)Select a class relative to a level e.g HND LEVEL 200>>>5)Click on courses>>>6)Click results
CA marks for a given Course and a given semester can be uploaded. Upload format strictly in csv.
Incase there were updates of the CA marks as results of complaints from students, edit the marks of the student with an authorization and reimport again. The imported data will have the students CA mark that has been updated. NB: Anytime there is an update of a CA mark on the excel sheet in csv format ensure to import the CA marks of that given course again. This to avoid the fact that though CA marks are corrected on excel sheet, some staff thinks it will just go to the system without importing. Every updates of CA marks goes with import of the updated csv into the system.
After results imported, there is possibility for the encoded or decoded exam mark to be detailed by presenting statistics for students in a given program whose matricule and marks has been encoded and decoded.
