This is where you set the current semester or sequence (for Public Health programs ONLY). In this function make sure your set the under graduate semester, Post graduate semester (if your institution is running post graduate programs ) and Public health current sequence (if your institution is running public programs )

This is where you define current academic year and it will apply for all campuses under your institution and will be considered the current academic year
