Permits updates on result offline in the Registry system to be sync online.

Permits removal of double entry of results (CA and exam marks)

Permits bulk importation of exam marks of students in a given academic year(s) with all the semesters inclusive. NB: Year ID should be presented this way=>2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026 etc.

Permits bulk importation of CA marks of students in a given academic year(s) with all the semesters inclusive. NB: Year ID should be presented this way=>2023/2024, 2024/2025, 2025/2026 etc.

Allows for population or bulk marks upload into the system with results of a given academic year(s) or and their respective semesters (e.g. semester 1, 2,3,4,5,6 etc.). The results are shown below and in CSV format.

Allow for the student’s CA mark to picked from the system and added to the resit exam mark for that particular academic year. Strictly applicable for exam marks during Resit and it requires that the student had a C.A mark in the system to be added to the resit exam mark.

Report of CA mark and exam mark upload per school, department, program, semester, level, background (Undergraduate, Masters 1, Masters 2etc.), and academic year. CA count, Exam count and total are reported by the system. Click and select academic year, school, program right down to level depending on on your report then click Next

Report on courses whose exam marks have been uploaded or not. Courses whose exam marks are uploaded there is a check or green tick (V) while courses without exam marks uploaded are crossed or mark x (red color).

Students with CORRECTED exams marks are all place in an excel file and saved as CSV and imported to effect exams mark change in the system.
