As the Director of a school, our system can give you real time information of all the courses whose Ca Marks have been Uploaded already for a particular semester and academic year for better follow up. A course whose Ca has been uploaded will have a tick (\u2705) while a course whose Ca \/ Exams Has not been uploaded will have a cross (\u274c). With these reports , you can work with the HODs to take informed decisions like following up lecturers for courses whose marks have not been uploaded. To do this :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on Director of school at the sidebar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click Schools<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on the Programs you wish to view the Ca upload rates under <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on the Classes button across the program concern and list of all levels of that program will be presented to you<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Click on Ca\/ Exam Upload Reports to view the courses whose Ca \/ Exams Have been uploaded with a tick (\u2705) for courses whose Ca \/ Exams uploaded and a cross (\u274c) for courses whose Ca\/Exams have not been uploaded <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    N.B: In the next page , you can chose semester , Academic year or Class (Program Level ) to see all uploads reports <\/p>\n\n\n\n
