As the head of Department, you can upload materials like time table etc to all students within your department. To do this <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on HOD Center <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Programs <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. You will be presented a list of all Departments under you <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on the material button<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In the next page, click on Create New Material<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Fill out the form, Upload the document and Save . Visibility is if you wish both lecturers and students to be able to view that material or not <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
