As the head of Department, to allocate courses to a lecturer ,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click on Lecturers on the Menu<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Add Teacher to Register the lecturer in the software<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. If the Lecturer Account already exist , Search the name from the Search <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click on Profile across the lecturer’s Name <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Where you will have user profile and lecturer’s details, Click assign Courses or Click remove in the case where you wish to remove the course from the lecturer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. After choosing the School\/Department and Program , the software will list both first and second semester courses for that program<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. From the list select the course you wish to assign and save. That course has been assigned to that lecturer<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. The same process is repeat for different lecturers or for the same lecturer with different courses to be assigned<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
